Connectoid Properties -> Server Types Tab:

Clicking on the Server Types tab of a Connectoid's Properties:

FOR CONNECTIONS TO ISPs:

LOG ON TO NETWORK should not be checked!
NetBEUI should not be checked!
IPX/SPX Compatible should not be checked!

I recommend Record a log file for this connection.

Clicking TCP/IP Settings button:

Normally, the default settings are correct.

Some ISPs require that you specify name server addresses. Check with your ISP.
