DUNS ERROR 657, 659

657 - The device .INF file could not be opened.
659 - The media .INI file refers to an unknown device name.

Windows NT 4 - if using a script to connect and this error occurs, one or more of the RAS configuration files is missing or damaged. See MS KB Q156681
