DUNS ERROR 764

764 - No smart card reader is installed.

This error can occur if the Security settings of your Connectoid are incorrect: in the security tab, make sure that the option to use a Smart Card is NOT enabled. With most connections, the security setting should be "typical" and allow an unsecured password.
