V.92 ISP Listing Help

The V.92 ISP listing is database driven and uses a modified generic database viewer that I've been developing. When you view the page, it defaults to sorting alphabetically by ISP name, and will show all ISPs in the database, 25 at a time.

Total ISPs = ### Displaying Page # of #

Enter filtering criteria in any of the column text boxes and click Filter.

Each column heading is listed as a hyperlink twice - clicking sorts ascending (top) or descending (bottom).

FILTERING CRITERIA - Only records that match criteria you enter in one or more text boxes will be displayed when you click the Filter button.

The asterik (*) is a wild card. Unless you use it, only records that exactly match your input will be displayed. In the example above, only records that have 'USA' for country, and that contain 'net' in the Name will be displayed.

Since the areacode field may contain more than one area code, wildcards before and after your search goal are needed for the areacode field. Same for finding text within the 'Area' field.

NOTE: New fields, including areacode, PCMup and MoH were added after the list was started, and not all ISPs may have data for these fields.

More data may be available for each listing - the detail record can be viewed by clicking 'More'. A new window will open to the ISP's website by clicking on their Name.

FIELDS:

NAME - the ISP's name, hyperlink opens a new window to the ISP site.
AREA - describes the area the ISP serves
AREACODE - lists telephone area code(s) the ISP serves separated by comma's.
COUNTRY - the country the ISP operates in.
PCMup - Yes/No - does the ISP support PCM upstream?
V44 - Yes/No - does the ISP support V.44 compression?
MoH - Maximum amount of time for a modem-on-hold session before disconnection
RAS - Remote Access Server - the type of V.92 equipment the ISP uses
More - Displays on new screen the entire record for this ISP.
